Square Enix has released a new trailer for Heroes of Ruin that shows off some of the basic story and environments in the game. You can find it after the break

There are lots of screenshots from Pac-Man Party 3D that show off various mini-games, boss battles and the ‘Classic Mode’ featuring Pac-ManGalaga, and Dig Dug. They’re all after the break.

Masahiro Sakurai has tweeted that Kid Icarus: Uprising will be bundled with a stand for the 3DS. The stand
is used to keep the screen steady and make it easier to use the touch screen. It
was also
revealed that the game will be bundled with six
augmented reality cards. There is no word yet on whether other regions will have
the same bundle. You can check after the break for some pictures of the stand in
action

Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die will feature two difficulty modes. In the easy mode,
the other characters will give you hints about what needs to be done in each
room. The game will also have a total of twenty-four endings and you’ll be able
keep your memories from a previous playthrough. There will also be a
block-pushing puzzle mini-game.

After yesterday’s news that CRUSH3D had been delayed in North America, it was unclear whether
the game would also see a delay in Europe. SEGA has
confirmed though that the game will still launch
on the 13th of January in Europe. There’s no word yet on whether the game will
be delayed in Australia.

Club Nintendo in North America has updated their rewards catalog with two new
downloadable games for the 3DS. The first of these games is the DSiware game
Dr. Mario Express which will cost 150 Club Nintendo coins. The second
game is Kirby’s Dream Land for the 3DS Virtual Console and it costs 100
Club Nintendo coins. The two games can only be downloaded on a 3DS and will be
available until the 31st of January.

Konami has revealed that Metal Gear Solid: Snake
Eater 3D
will be launching on the 8th of March in Australia.
This makes it a simultaneous launch with Europe. The game arrives in North
America on February 21st.

CRUSH3D was scheduled to launch today in North America, but SEGA has revealed that the game won’t actually be
releasing until March. No reason was given for the delay and there is no word
yet on whether the game will still launch on the 13th of January in Europe.

what’s interesting is the platform took three weeks to
reach the 500,000 units sold mark. The 3DS, on the other hand, had sold 583,387
units after its first nine days of being available, and the Vita had a much
bigger advantage in terms of when it launched (right before Christmas).
I don’t want either platform to fail, as competition is always favourable,
but it’ll be interesting to see how the media and fans react to the numbers. The
3DS, after all, has suffered from plenty of bashing because of its “low” sales
numbers. But like I’ve said before, Christmas 2012 will be the real
battleground. That’s when both platforms have had some time to breath and there
should be an undeniable leader among the both of them.
